Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

All apparel packages - unless otherwise marked - are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Upon shipping, customers will receive an email to their provided email address with all tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Once the item has been marked delivered, it is no longer our responsibility.

Shipping costs are determined by the item's weight and size with all material and handling costs included. If you are ordering internationally, be sure to check your country's customs and import costs before ordering. We do not have direct access to that information and are not responsible for those fees (if any).

Pre-order items will ship at or around their marked release date. If the customer orders a pre-order item in addition to an item that is currently in-stock, everything will ship together once the pre-order release date arrives.

In most cases, all items are shipped right away. However, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery in case there are any hang-ups.
