Refund policy

Returns 
Returns are ONLY accepted if you have received an item that you did not order. Additionally, the item(s) must not be worn, washed, dried, or altered in any way. The item must be in the original state and packaging that they were received in. Returns close 7 days upon arrival to the destination.

Sizing on modern garments varies. All items come without being washed or dried. We do NOT accept size exchanges at this time due to limited inventory. 

Contact turnovermerch@gmail.com for all return requests. After being contacted about the return and after it meets all requirements, we will then provide a return shipping label for you to send it to our P.O. Box ONLY. 

We do not accept returns anywhere else other than the address provided and only after we have provided the return label.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchange requests at this time due to a limited inventory.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
